Interview: “Oomph!” guitarist Flux talks about the evolution of his band and the other goals. He also said something about Rammstein.

Question: People always say, you are the original and Rammstein the copy. What do you think about such statements?
Flux: In the music history is it so that we founded our group 20 years ago, and Rammstein just the mid-1990s. They were with us at the concerts and had their first demos we delivered. They call us nicely in interviews again and again as the influence and sources of inspiration. However, Rammstein then went their way and we ours further. Rammstein play with stereotypes, which we would never do. If we do these sterotypes, we could not see our face in the mirror next morning.
Question: What awaits the visitor at your concert tour?
Flux: Our show focuses primarily on us as personalities. If you have expected a fire show like Rammstein, you are wrong. We do not want such distracting elements in our music. Of course we will play many songs from the new album, but also many older stuff, so a colorful cross-section of our creation. It will be a big party, Dena goes into the audience to work with people.
After a longer time without seeing anyone from the grou Rammstein, now we have some fresh pictures of Christopher Shcneider and Richard Kruspe. They appeared at MTV Designerama. The evening took place on 08/10/08 in Berlin. The singer Till Lindemann showed up at the European Music & Media Night the day before yesterday in Berlin. In other words, these photos are recent.
At one of the biggest internet auctions has been offered BMW Z4 which Richard bought in 2004. The price for it was only US $ 1225.00 on 12 September. So if you want to spend some little extra money and have an empty space in the garage, then go ask for mercy to eBay auction which will continue until September 21.
It was one of the worst air shows in history. It is now twenty years after 28th August 1988 when 70 people died after the collision of three machines in Ramstein, Germany. More than four hundreds were seriously injury. Those who survived live with the mutulation effects to this day.
It took seven seconds, which changed the fate of thousands of people. It was 15 hours 44 minutes and one of the largest outbreak of air tragedies. Towards the audience began valit huge fire blast, the remains of the aircraft were flying everywhere. Panic. Screaming. Scene from the Vietnam War. But instead of napalm was there burning kerosin – and after that burning flash. No more singing birds.
Yesterday many fans wrote me that I was spreading some bullshit information about Richard Kruspe leaving Rammstein. Some people issued threads to my life. I was wandering what was happening and as I was not in my country (I am now in USA) , and I had restricted access to internet I was really scared when I saw what some unknown hacker did to my site.
Richard Kruspe is really NOT leaving Rammstein. One of the smart fans (Jebaa, Pjork) wrote these reasons:
+7. Till’s last name wasn’t spelled correctly (Lidemann instead of Lindemann) this mistake was fixed few hours later according to logs.
The other thing that this hacker did to my site is that he somehow managed to block the finish section in Google. Now if you want to access this language section with Firefox browser, it will not display the page but just a warning message.
I regret what happened on this site and hope that nobody had heart attack after reading such nonsense. Maybe this violator could be the same person who informed us last year about Till Lindemann departure (it was also a HOAX).
My next steps will be to upgrade this site to avoid any violations in future. I also must fix the finish section in order to provide all fans from Finland with fresh information (thank you Sinnlos for informing me about this problem). And the last thing I want to do is to take legal steps against all people who threatened to kill me (in case they don’t explain their behavior) because of the fake information on this website.

This news may be shocking for many fans of Rammstein. The new era of Rammstein is coming:
After a long time of hesitating Richard Kruspe made the final decision: he doesn’t want to cooperate on the new album anymore. After he changed his style with the new Emigrate album he can not find his way back to Rammstein and want to continue his solo career.
Rammstein is currently recording the new album and they found a new guitarist for this. His name is Farin Urlaub and he is a famous singer and guitarist in Germany (used to play in a group called Die Ärzte – The Doctors).
Farin Urlaub and Till Lindemann will start the cooperation in late September as Farin will also provide the group with backing vocals. We can expect slight changes in the new style of Rammstein.
In this very new Rammstein video you can see an interview with Paul Landers. English subtitles included. He talks about all the guitar riffs and other stuff they’re gonna use for the upcoming album – enjoy.
With his band “Rammstein” he is one of the most successful German musician admitted the main prices. In his spare time, he has an expensive hobby: The Berlin Rammstein keyboardist Flake Lorenz (41) collects vintage cars.
More than 70, he already shared with his friend and business partner Dirk Salomon (42)! Among these there are several Bentleys, a Jaguar coupe or an Alfa Romeo Spider!
What do two people with so many cars? “Rent”, says the rockers Rammstein.

This summer, the two extended their range with 15 VW buses.
